Ingrid Sampaio

Ingrid Sampaio came to the United States from Minas Gerais, Brazil in 2011, a photographer with a degree in art history, a strong work ethic and an artist's eye for detail.

She began cleaning homes on her own, one family at a time. To Ingrid, every room was a canvas: the light on a polished counter, the fold of a fresh towel, the calm of a space set right. Clients noticed. They asked her back, then recommended her to their neighbors.

In March 2019, she founded Ingrid's Team LLC. Built from zero, it is now a women-owned team of 12 cleaning professionals and 3 assistants, every one trained through the company's own system in the standard Ingrid built her name on. Ingrid still works hands-on when she can, and often talks with her clients personally. For Ingrid, the work has always been about more than clean houses: it gives clients more time for themselves, and it gives hardworking women the opportunity to build a career. She thinks about her clients and her team, every day.

Outside of work, Ingrid still loves photography, especially photographing people and telling their stories. She loves to exercise and believes a healthy life starts at home. As she likes to say, a clean home is always a healthy home.
